SEI Global Services’ MKP Hedge Fund Raises $90M - cbl

OAKS, Pa. -- According to an amended Reg D filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the MKP Credit Offshore (Plan Assets) Ltd. hedge fund has raised $90 million in pooled investment fund interests from one investor.
The fund, which started in 2006, is based at SEI Global Services Inc. in Oaks, Pa. , and managed by MKP Capital Management LLC, of New York .
In addition to MKP Capital, which manages fixed-income, alternative-investment products including hedge funds and collateralized bond obligations, principals named in the filing are directors Peter Anderson and Phillip Dickie, both of SEI Global.
