Brothers Gillis, LLC purchased a 5,128-square-foot office building at 860 1st Ave. in King of Prussia from Metropolitan Business Park, L.P. Matt Guerrieri of Grubb & Ellis' Philadelphia office represented the buyer in the transaction.

Lease Renewals: 119,000 SF

How Do You Know Productions Inc. extended its lease of 90,500 square feet of industrial space at 6900 Lindbergh Blvd. from 6900 Lindbergh Boulevard Associates, LP. Scott Henderson of Grubb & Ellis' King of Prussia office represented the lessee in the transaction.

Today's Woman Health Center Inc. renewed its lease of 1,277 square feet of office space at 1015 Chestnut St. from 1015 Chestnut Street Associates. Jim Egan and Jeff Tertel of Grubb & Ellis' Philadelphia office represented the lessor in the transaction.
