Louis A. Bencardino and Bencardino Excavating Works on Pad Site for Third Federal Bank in Philadelphia

Louis A. Bencardino, owner of Bencardino Excavating located in Bensalem, Pa., and his excavation team recently began a new project working on a Third Federal Bank located at 4014 Woodhaven Road in Philadelphia.

Gabriel Building Group of Philadelphia hired Louis Bencardino and the Bencardino Excavators to handle a pad site at the Third Federal Bank in Philadelphia including work on a storm and sanitary water and foot excavation with through curbs and paving.
