Sills Cummis & Gross Signs 17,650 SF Lease in Princeton
Sills Cummins & Gross has signed a 17,650 square foot lease at 650 College Road East, a four-story Class A office building situated within Princeton Forrestal Center. The Forrestal Center is a six million square foot master planned office and research park located off of Route 1, several miles north of Princeton, New Jersey.
"The transaction with Sills Cummis & Gross, one of the top law firms in the region, provides us the opportunity to retain a high quality tenant and maintain the diverse tenant mix within the building," commented Robert Beach, asset manager of BPG Properties who along with James Kinzig, president of Aegis Property Group, was responsible for overseeing negotiations on behalf of the landlord.

650 College Road East is a four-story, 168,000 square foot office building that offers frontage on College Road East, Princeton Forrestal Center's primary artery. The building features floor plates with a south wing of approximately 15,000 square feet and a north wing of approximately 27,000 square feet. On-site amenities include a full service cafeteria. Other amenities in the Center include a 300 room Marriott Hotel, a hotel-conference center, a retail center, day care facilities and residential communities.
650 College Road East is owned and operated through a partnership between affiliates of BPG Properties, Ltd. and Aegis Property Group.
Presently, there is approximately 27,000 square feet of space available for lease. It is being marketed by James Kinzig of Aegis Property Group.
