BioClinica Signs 36,143-Square-Foot Lease in Valley Forge
BioClinica, Inc. has signed a long term, 36,143-square-foot lease as the anchor tenant at 800 Adams Ave, a new, class A office building in the Philadelphia suburb of Valley Forge, PA.
Ward Greer, senior managing director, FirstService Williams, co-brokered the lease with Reid Blynn of Smith Mack. Landlord O'Neill Properties Group was represented internally on the lease transaction.
The new office facility is situated in the Valley Forge Corporate Center, which houses tenants such as Verizon, Quest Diagnostics, Paychex, Aramark and the Pennsylvania office of the Attorney General. It is located one mile from Trooper Road (Rt. 363) interchange of Rt. 422, and only a few minutes from Rt. 202, I-76 and the Valley Forge interchange of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Headquartered in Newtown, PA, BioClinica provides bio-imaging and data systems support for clinical trials. The firm has a second Pennsylvania location in King of Prussia. It will relocate from that space to 800 Adams Avenue in early 2010.
This is the second large office lease FirstService Williams has transacted on behalf of BioClinica in the past year. In December 2008, Greer arranged a long-term, 60,000-square-foot renewal of the firm's global headquarters in Newtown.
"After careful review of available properties in close proximity to BioClinica's existing King of Prussia location, 800 Adams Avenue met the financial, operational and qualitative needs of BioClinica's executives and employees," said Ward Greer, senior managing director, FirstService Williams, who co-brokered the lease with Reid Blynn of Smith Mack.
