Cantel Medical Director Alan Batkin Exercises $17K in Stock Options - CBL

LITTLE FALLS, N.J. -- Cantel Medical Corp. (NYSE: CMN) director Alan Batkin has bought shares worth $16,537.50, according to a Form 4 filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Batkin exercised his options to acquire 1,125 shares of common stock Oct. 28, two days before that option would expire, and paid $14.70 a share. Following the transaction, his total holdings grew to 11,500 shares, directly held. He already held more than a 10 percent stake in Cantel.
Cantel, of Little Falls, N.J., provides infection-prevention and control products in the health care market.
Batkin also is vice chairman of New York-based Eton Park Capital Management LP.
