The Hampshire Companies Inks Two Deals at Wantage, NJ Shopping Center

The Hampshire Companies has signed two lease deals totaling over 6,700 square feet at its 76,252-square-foot A&P Shopping Center, located at 445 Route 23 in Wantage, N.J.

Friendly's, a restaurant company with more than 500 company and franchised restaurants throughout the Northeast, signed a long-term lease deal for 4,100 square feet of space.

Dollars & Sense, a dollar store, also signed a long-term lease for 2,600 square feet of space.

The A&P Shopping Center
is located on Route 23 in Sussex County. The location offers visibility as well as access to and from area highways.

"Securing Friendly's and Dollars & Sense as tenants has brought the A&P Shopping Center to full occupancy," said Robert Schmitt, a Principal of The Hampshire Companies. "The success of this shopping center reinforces Hampshire's commitment to acquiring and managing strong, stable, long-term assets."
