Legend Properties Signs Three Burgess Plaza Leases
CONSHOHOCKEN, PA -based Legend Properties' has completed three lease transactions in Burgess Plaza.
Vice President, Steve DePetris was the agent for all three deals, which totaled 4,200 square feet.
Burgess Plaza owners, Greater Germantown Housing Development Corp., worked closely with Steve DePetris to complete the deals. First Steve partnered with Staubach Retail for a 2,200 square foot Cricket Wireless store. Headquartered in San Diego, California, Cricket is a niche player in the wireless communications market.
DePetris negotiated a 1,019 square foot lease with Trio Delight Cafe. Headquartered in Philadelphia, this up and coming chain of cafe restaurants has several locations throughout the city.
In addition, DePetris recently leased a 1,038 square foot space at Burgess Plaza to United Pharmacy. Headquartered in Philadelphia, United Pharmacy is small chain of boutique stores offering friendly service and convenience.
Legend Properties Vice President, Steve DePetris has represented Burgess Plaza since 2004 and has seen the center undergo a complete renovation. "Legend Properties has been an integral part of the shopping center's success by meeting the needs of the landlord, tenants, and surrounding community."
It is also noteworthy to add the other tenants of Burgess Plaza, all of which have been leased by Legend Properties: Wendy's, H & R Block and PGW. The Plaza is located at 200 W. Chelten Avenue in Philadelphia.
