“Breaking Into The Boys’ Club” – Professional Women’s Roundtable October Monthly Networking Event
Based on their new book, "Breaking Into the Boys' Club," Molly Shepard and Peter Dean will explore the changing dynamics of gender in the workplace as seen through the unique vantage points of power, ego, communication and change, and their profound effect on organizations. This lunch event will provide a unique professional experience devoted to the acquisition of skills and strategies for career advancement. New insights into how women and men relate to each other within the work environment, and how they can integrate their strengths and skills into a new and more effective style of leadership will be examined. This inclusive event is a great opportunity to bring a male colleague into this conversation. Please consider inviting a male colleague to join you for just $20 when you register; a mixed audience is sure to produce a very informative and entertaining conversation!
The event is presented by Professional Women's Roundtable (PWR), a non-profit dedicated to networking, leadership and education for emerging women business leaders in the greater Philadelphia region.
Note: Space is limited, so register early. RSVP and payment is requested by Oct 16, 2009 by noon. PWR requires 48-hour cancellation notice for full refund.
