Legend Properties, Inc. Brokers Lease with Cupcakes Gourmet

Legend Properties, Inc. Leasing Agent Josh Sapienza has brokered a 1,600 SF Lease with Cupcakes Gourmet for a store in the Gateway Shopping Center.

The center is located on E. Sweedesford Road in Wayne, Pennsylvania and is home to tenants Trader Joes, Panera Bread, Outback Steakhouse, Staples and TJ Maxx to name a few.

Cupcakes Gourmet opened their first cupcake bakery in Malvern, Pennsylvania on April 5, 2008. In addition to serving the local community, they have opened the celebration to the entire country, through nationwide shipping of their mini cupcakes. The bakery employs a back-to-basics approach and has been featured in such publications as Philadelphia Magazine and Main Line Today.
