Grubb & Ellis Negotiates 15 Leases in the Philadelphia Region

Grubb & Ellis has negotiated the following 15 transactions in the Philadelphia region:

NEW LEASES

- Office
Urban Engineers Inc. leased 1,285 square feet of office space at Seven Neshaminy Interplex in Trevose from Lincoln Subsidiary Join Venture III. Matt Devine of Grubb & Ellis' King of Prussia office and Jeff Tertel and Jim Egan of Grubb & Ellis' Philadelphia office represented the lessee in the transaction.

Nordplan USA extended its lease of 1,098 square feet of office space at Six Neshaminy Interplex in Trevose from Six Limited Associates Partnership. Matt Devine of Grubb & Ellis' King of Prussia office represented the lessee in the transaction.

Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads, LLP leased 2,400 square feet of office space at 10 N. Church St. in West Chester from Headwaters Associates. Wayne Fisher and Craig Scheuerle of Grubb & Ellis' Philadelphia office represented the lessee in the transaction.

Bell Reporting Company leased 1,500 square feet of office space at 1801 Market St. from Ten Penn Center Associates, L.P. Jack Soloff and Wayne Fisher of Grubb & Ellis' Philadelphia office represented the lessor in the transaction.

Cherry Brothers, LLC leased 3,647 square feet of office space at 1900 AM Drive in Quakertown from GAP Properties. Joe Stephenson and Matt Devine of Grubb & Ellis' King of Prussia office represented the lessee in the transaction.

T-Mobile Northeast LLC leased 2,500 square feet of land at 31 Oak Ave. in Chalfont from 1015 220 Garfield Partners, LP. Joe Stephenson of Grubb & Ellis' King of Prussia office represented the lessor in the transaction.

EXPANSIONS

- Office
Bravo Health Pennsylvania Inc. executed a lease expansion of 8,951 square feet of office space at 1500 Spring Garden St., from ABCO Properties, LLC. Jim Dugan and John Perkins of Grubb & Ellis' King of Prussia office and Jack Soloff of Grubb & Ellis' Philadelphia office represented the lessee in the transaction.

Visiting Nurses of Philadelphia executed a lease expansion totaling 2,890 square feet of industrial space at 3300 Henry Ave. from Iron Stone Management. Wayne Fisher and Steve Gendler of Grubb & Ellis' Philadelphia office represented the lessee in the transaction.

- Industrial
Rath Inc. extended its lease of 20,520 square feet and expanded by 6,840 square feet of industrial space at 300 Ruthar Drive in Newark, Del., from Forum 2000 LLC. Charlie Brown of Grubb & Ellis' Wilmington, Del., office represented the lessee in the transaction.

SUBLEASES

Document Depository Corporation subleased 2,130 square feet of office space at 1500 Market St. from Tata America International Corp. Marc Shapiro of Grubb & Ellis' Philadelphia office represented the sublessor in the transaction.

RENEWALS

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. renewed its lease of 27,572 square feet of office space at 222 Delaware Ave. in Wilmington, Del., from Kaiserman Company Inc. Charlie Brown and Leigh Johnstone of Grubb & Ellis' Wilmington, Del., office represented the lessee in the transaction.

Delaware Document Imaging renewed its lease of 5,412 square feet of office space at 1001 Jefferson St., Wilmington, Del., from HUB Properties Trust. Charlie Brown and Joe Capodanno of Grubb & Ellis' Wilmington, Del., office represented the lessor in the transaction.

Ride Safely Dot Com renewed its lease of 2,933 square feet of office space at 3331 Street Road in Bensalem from Brandywine Operating Partnership, L.P. Matt Devine of Grubb & Ellis' King of Prussia office represented the lessee in the transaction.

SAP Americas renewed its lease of 27,177 square feet at 3801 West Chester Pike and extended its lease of 13,452 square feet at 3809 West Chester Pike in Newtown Square from BPG, Ltd. John Perkins and Jim Dugan of Grubb & Ellis' King of Prussia office represented the lessor in the transactions.

RemX Financial Staffing renewed its lease of 3,447 square feet at 455 S. Gulph Road in King of Prussia from BPG, Ltd. John Perkins, Jim Dugan and Elaine Battaglia represented the lessor in the transaction.
