Wilmington, DE -- Ohana Companies, an innovator in the promotional marketing industry, has announced the hiring of Michael Devine as Executive Vice President of Sales. Mr. Devine is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of sales management experienceand has an established track record of driving revenue growth and major account development. In his new role at Ohana, Devine will be responsible for spearheading sales and driving continued growth for the company. He will provide leadership and strategic direction in all aspects of the company's sales and business development initiatives, overseeing new customer engagement and acquisition activities.

Mr. Devine comes to Ohana Companies from O'Neill Properties Group, where he heldkey leadership roles including that of Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and most recently serving as Executive Vice President/General Manager. During his 10 year tenure with the company, Mr. Devine played a functional rolein just about every area of the company, from P&L management, strategic planning, acquisitions, development, financial management, sales and marketing. In the last 5 years, hedeveloped, constructed, leased up and sold 3 luxury riverfront apartment projects totaling 1000 residences for $240 Million generating a substantial profit for O'Neill and their institutional partners.
Prior to O'Neill, Mr. Devine was the Vice President of Global Sales and General Manager of Reynolds Transformation Services, a division of Reynolds and Reynolds, a $1 Billion company that delivered software and services to the automotive industry. He had sales and P&L responsibility for a $70 Million Global Business Unit and managed 250 Automotive CRM, Ecommerce, and Sales Training Consultants in North America, Mexico and Peru.
He earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering at the University of Delaware and an MBA at Villanova University.
