Eleison Investors Raises $614K of a $3.2M Offering - cbl

BLUE BELL, Pa. - Eleison Investors LP has raised $614,761, or about 19.2 percent of a $3.2 million private equity fund, from 16 investors, according to an SEC filing.
Principals named in the filing by the Blue Bell-based firm are:
· Eleison Investors General LP, the general partner;
· Eleison General LLC, general partner of Eleison Investors General LP;
· Frank Seidman, member and manager of Eleison General LLC;
· Kyle Bransfield, member of Eleison General; and
· Lane Wiggers, member of Eleison General.
Seidman and Wiggers are partners at CS Capital Partners, also based in Blue Bell, while Bransfield is a principal.

Frank Seidman
Partner
Mr. Seidman is a Partner of CSCP and Founding Principal of Capital Solutions, Inc., and is primarily responsible for managing the group's capital base. Prior to founding Capital Solutions, Mr. Seidman was a Co-Founder and Managing Director with Balanced Capital, a Philadelphia based private equity and real estate investment firm.
Prior to Balanced Capital, Mr. Seidman was a Co-Founder and Principal of Preferred Real Estate Investments Inc. Mr. Seidmans early career included operating as a CPA with Laventhol & Horwath, an international certified public accountancy.
Frank holds an undergraduate degree from Drexel University in Business Administration and is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("PICPA").

Lane Wiggers

Mr. Wiggers is a Partner of CSCP and Capital Solutions, Inc. and is primarily responsible for the firm's private equity focus. Prior to joining Capital Solutions Mr. Wiggers was a Director with CD Ventures, a Philadelphia based private equity firm where he focused on the call center, aviation and records management industries as well as overseeing the general capital formation function for the group.
Prior to CD Ventures, Mr. Wiggers was an investment banker in the Defense, Aerospace and Technical Services ("DATS") Group at First Union/Wachovia Securities where he focused on M&A and public offerings. Mr. Wiggers early career included operational, engineering and managerial roles with Rockwell International, where he was the youngest employee to be named Facilities Manager, Cooper Industries and Cummins Engine.
Lane holds an undergraduate degree from Clemson University in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. While at Maryland he was a Lamone Scholar, Treasurer of the MBA class and served as portfolio manager of a segment of the business school's endowment fund.

Kyle Bransfield
Principal
Mr. Bransfield is a Principal of CSCP and is primarily responsible for the origination and acquisition of new investments and oversight and management of the CSCP portfolio. Prior to joining CSCP, Mr. Bransfield was an analyst with Preferred Unlimited, a Philadelphia based private equity firm controlling more than $1.5 billion of assets, where he focused on the mining and the oil and natural gas service industries.
Prior to Preferred Unlimited, Mr. Bransfield was an investment banker in the Strategic Advisory Group ("SAG") at Stifel Nicolaus.
Kyle holds an undergraduate degree from American University in Business Administration and Economics. While at American he served as Director of Development for the undergraduate business school's student investment fund.
